Craftsmanship and Your Career II

A former collegue of mine dropped me a line about my post several days regarding Craftsmanship and Your Career.

He heard a story on NPR about two lobstermen who are using the Internet to expand their selling market in tough economic times.  I absolutely love to heard stories like this.

In Tough Times, Lobstermen Use Web To Net Profits (5 minute audio clip)

Ingenuity at its best.  Notice the level of customer service they offer at the end of the audio clip.  They personally call each customer to ensure the lobsters arrive and the customer knows how to prepare the catch.  You can bet the word-of-mouth recommendations are extremely high for this business.
