Do you buy from the same companies you bought from five years ago? Chances are very slim that you do. Some of it may be your change in lifestyles (kids versus no kids). But I suspect some companies just aren’t keeping up with the times.

I prepared a presentation for my company’s recent user conference to help our business attendees better understand the social media world and its current and future impact on their businesses.
